Printing Policy

1.	Only papers provided by the university may be used for laser printing, no other papers are allowed
2.	Use of cyclostyle quality paper in laser printing is strictly forbidden
3.	Transparency printing is strictly not allowed in the university laser printers. Transparencies can damage the printer. If the printer gets damaged due to transparency then the person who damaged the printer will bear the cost of printer repair. If no one claims responsibility of this negligence, then in such a case, the departmental head will conduct an inquiry and the responsible person will bear the repair costs.
4.	The entire staff is allowed to use the laser printing facility according to allocated quota limitations, which may be enhanced from time to time depending upon work load after departmental head approval.
