Note:
1. Only those who have either passed HSC/Equivalent or are registered for the HSC II /Equivalent exam in the June-July 2024 session and will be waiting for results are eligible to apply for admission in the Fall 2024 Semester, subject to providing a current admit card or statement of entry. Admission confirmation will be subject to meeting the eligibility criteria after the required results are obtained within the provided deadline.

2. Expired documents will lead to the cancellation of the application. No fees will be refunded.

3. Please upload the voucher in the Voucher section of your application portal. Payments made on the last working days will be verified within 2 to 3 working days, and this will be updated on the progress tab after the verification process is completed.

4. The admit card for the Undergraduate Entry Test will be accessible on the admission portal for candidates who have paid the fee and completed the verification process by Accounts. It will be available on the application portal one day before the scheduled test date.

5. The date and time of the test will be communicated to candidates via their registered email before the test is scheduled. Registered candidates are advised to check their email inbox and their spam or junk folder.

6. The Progress Tab on the application portal will be updated once the payments are verified. Note that IBFT is strictly not allowed. In the case of IBFT payments, get it verified by the SSUET Accounts office and upload the verified receipt to your portal.

Admission Test Requirements

Engineering & Sciences Programs:

For admission in any Engineering Program 60% (SIXTY PERCENT) of the aggregate marks are required.

For admission in any Science Program 50% (FIFTY PERCENT) of the aggregate marks are required.

Business Programs:

For admission in Bachelor of Business Administration, 45% of the aggregate marks are required.

Technology Programs:
For admission in any Engineering Technology Program 50% (FIFTY PERCENT) of the aggregate marks are required.

Admission Process

1-Online Application
Start online Application Submission
Click on the “Apply Online” button to complete the online application form. Register your email ID to log in for the first time, or use your registered email ID and password.
2-Filling Form
Fill the Online Application Form and Upload Documents:
Carefully fill in the required information and upload the necessary documents, including a photograph.
3-Fee Submission
Deposit Fee to Get Registered for the Entry Test:
Upon completing all form requirements, a fee challan will be issued. Submit the challan at the MCB branch or use the online fee submission option via Paypro (IBFT not allowed). Once payment is verified, the progress tab on the application portal will be updated. The admit card for the Undergraduate Entry Test will be accessible on the admission portal for candidates who have paid the fee and completed the verification process by Accounts.
4-Online Aptitude Test
Online Aptitude Test and Interview (if applicable):
Candidates will receive communication regarding the date and time of the test via their registered email. It is advisable for registered candidates to check their email inbox, spam, or junk folder. On the specified date and schedule, candidates must attempt an online test and participate in a technical interview if required.
5-Result Announcement
Test Result and Merit List:
The test results will be announced on the website, and passed candidates will become part of the merit determination and selection process.
6-Admission Offer
Merit List and Final Admission Offer:
Based on the merit determination and specific selection process, the program offering list will be published on the website. Provisional Admission offers will be active on the candidate’s application portal. A seat will be reserved only after the payment verification of the specified fee as per the given challan.
