Spring 2025 Undergraduate Final Entry Test – Walkin

(SET | Cyber Security | Cloud Computing – Closed)

Application & Test Fee Submission Deadline: 17th March by 5 pm

Test Schedule: 18th March

Test Mode: SSUET ON-CAMPUS

Required Items on test day: Printed admit card, original CNIC/B-Form, paid test fee voucher, basic stationery, and a calculator. (mobiles and smartwatches are not allowed)

1. Eligibility
a) Applicants must have either passed HSC/Equivalent or be registered for the HSC II/Equivalent/improvement exam in Jan 2025. Provide a current admit card or statement of entry. Admission confirmation depends on meeting eligibility criteria after submitting the required results within the deadline.
b) Pre-medical students may apply for Computing and Technology Programs but must complete a mathematics foundation course in the first year of studies.
2. Document Validity
Incomplete, Expired, and wrong documents will cancel the application, and no fees will be refunded.
3. Voucher Upload
Upload the voucher in the Voucher section of your portal. Payments made on the last working days will be verified within 2–3 working days and reflected in the Progress Tab after verification.
4. Payment Verification
The Progress Tab will update after payment verification. IBFT is not allowed; if used, verify it with SSUET Accounts and upload the verified receipt to your portal.
5. Admit Card
Undergraduate Entry Test admit cards will be available on the portal one day before the test for candidates who have paid the fee and completed verification.
6. Test Schedule
Test schedules will be posted on the portal and website before the test series starts. Regularly check your portal, inbox, junk, or spam folder for updates.

Admission Test Requirements

Engineering & Sciences Programs:

For admission in any Engineering Program 60% (SIXTY PERCENT) of the aggregate marks are required.

For admission in any Science Program 50% (FIFTY PERCENT) of the aggregate marks are required.

Business Programs:

For admission in Bachelor of Business Administration, 45% of the aggregate marks are required.

Technology Programs:
For admission in any Engineering Technology Program 50% (FIFTY PERCENT) of the aggregate marks are required.

Admission Process

1-Online Application
Start online Application Submission
Click on the “Apply Online” button to complete the online application form. Register your email ID to log in for the first time, or use your registered email ID and password.
2-Filling Form
Fill the Online Application Form and Upload Documents:
Carefully fill in the required information and upload the necessary documents, including a photograph.
3-Fee Submission
Deposit Fee to Get Registered for the Entry Test:
Upon completing all form requirements, a fee challan will be issued. Submit the challan at the MCB branch or use the online fee submission option via Paypro (IBFT not allowed). Once payment is verified, the progress tab on the application portal will be updated. The admit card for the Undergraduate Entry Test will be accessible on the admission portal for candidates who have paid the fee and completed the verification process by Accounts.
4-Online Aptitude Test
Computer-based Aptitude Test and Interview (if applicable):

Test schedules and manual will be updated on the website and the application portal before the test series starts. Regularly check the application portal, inbox, junk, or spam folder for updates. On the specified date and schedule, candidates must attempt a computer-based test and participate in a technical interview if required.

5-Result Announcement
Test Result and Merit List:
The test results will be announced on the website, and passed candidates will become part of the merit determination and selection process.
6-Admission Offer
Merit List and Final Admission Offer:
Based on the merit determination and specific selection process, the program offering list will be published on the website. Provisional Admission offers will be active on the candidate’s application portal. A seat will be reserved only after the payment verification of the specified fee as per the given challan.
