Faculty Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

PhD in the relevant field from Institution recognized by HEC in consultation with PEC

Experience

Minimum 02 years as Assistant Professor

Research & Publications

Minimum 10 research publications with at least 04 in ‘W’ category HEC recognized journals

At least 04 research publications in the last 5 years

Thesis supervised

Preferred to have supervised 03 MS and 01 PhD student

Qualification

PhD in the relevant field from Institution recognized by HEC

Experience

Minimum 02 years as Associate Professor

Research & Publications

Minimum 15 research publications with at least 05 in ‘W’ category in                         first three authors HEC recognized journals

At least 05 research publications in the last 5 years

Thesis supervised

Preferred to have supervised 03 MS and 01 PhD student

Minimum Qualification

Enrolled in PhD Program with MS/MPhil Degree minimum CGPA 3.0 in the relevant field from HEC recognized University/Institution and no 3rd division in the academic career.

Experience

06-years teaching experience in a recognized Institution/College/University or 06-years professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization out of which 03 years must be teaching experience after MS/MPhil.

Job Role and Responsibilities for Ph.D. Civil Engineering Faculty

  1. Teaching: As a faculty member, you will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and/or graduate-level courses in civil engineering. You will be expected to actively engage in scholarly activities, such as conducting independent research in food science/technology, publishing research papers in reputable journals, presenting at conferences, and seeking external research funding through grants and contracts. Your research may focus on various areas within food science, such as food processing, food safety, sensory evaluation, product development, or food quality.

  • Presenting a positive impression of the University in all interactions with families, whether by telephone, face to face or in writing. Be the key point of contact for prospective parents from first contact with the University until the student’s first day.
  • Develop and conduct University tours, as required, for prospective families which effectively sell the University, promoting the University’s academic and non-academic achievements.
  • Benchmark the University’s admissions procedures against leading competitors, and suggest and

  • Education: Hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 4 plus years’ experience in University/Customer Service Sales ideally in a service provider industry. Experience of the Education sector is essential

Director IT

Director IT Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all IT operations including staff and infrastructure.
  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating IT projects in line with organizational objectives.
  • Directing/development of software side policies and overseeing the implementation of new software and hardware
  • Liaising with other departments, determining and addressing their IT needs and requirements.
  • Managing and supervising employees in the IT department.
  • Ensuring the maintenance of current projects and technology systems.
  • Identifying vulnerabilities, the need for upgrades, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Proposing strategic solutions and recommending new systems and software.
  • Preparing financial budgets and performance reports.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with external advisors and vendors.
  • Ensuring reported issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Director IT Requirements:

  • Degree in computer science or a related field required.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proof of continued education such as certifications is desirable.
  • 3+ years of management experience in an IT environment.
  • Sound working knowledge of IT operations, systems, and developments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
