Students of the SSUET Computer Science Department secured the first position in the Developers Day Hackathon competition.
Karachi, June 5, 2023 – FAST National University, Karachi Campus, organized the Developers, Hackathon 2023 competitions in which Dinesh Kumar, Kashan Khan Gauri, Nameer Nasir, and Muhammad Zahid secured first position. Later they were also awarded a shield and 20,000 cash prize.
Appreciating the efforts of students and teachers Registrar SSUET, Commodore (R) Engr. Syed Sarfraz Ali urged them to participate in such activities in the future, while Prof. Dr. Muhammad Asif (Faculty of Computing and Applied Science and Faculty of Business Management Sciences) said that success is the result of the dedication of teachers and the hard work of students.
ڈیولپرز ڈے ہیکاتھون مقابلوں میں سرسید یونیورسٹی کے شعبہ کمپیوٹر سائنس کے طلباء نے پہلی پوزیشن حاصل کی۔
۔فاسٹ نیشنل یونیورسٹی، کراچی کیمپس کے زیرِ اہتمام ڈیولپرز ڈے ہیکاتھون(Developers Day Hackthon 2023) مقابلوں کا انعقاد کیا گیا جس میں سرسید یونیورسٹی آف انجینئرنگ اینڈ ٹیکنالوجی کے شعبہ کمپیوٹر سائنس بیچ 2020 کے طلباء دنیش کمار، کاشان خان غوری، نمیر ناصر اور محمد زاہد نے پہلی پوزیشن حاصل کی۔بعدازاں ان کو شیلڈ اور 20,000 نقد انعام سے بھی نوازا گیا۔
سرسید یونیورسٹی کے رجسٹرار سید سرفراز علی نے کہاکہ طلباء اور اساتذہ کی کاوشوں کو سراہتے ہوئے انھیں مستقبل میں بھی ایسی سرگرمیوں میں حصہ لینے کی تاکید کی، جبکہ فیکلٹی آف کمپیوٹنگ اینڈ اپلائیڈ سائنس اور فیکلٹی آف بزنس مینجمنٹ سائنسز،پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد آصف کا کہنا تھا کہ یہ کامیابی اساتذہ کی لگن اور طلباء کی سخت محنت کا نتیجہ ہے۔
