BS Business & Information Technology

Eligibility criteria
Candidate having 12 years of education is eligible to apply. For admission into the BS B&IT program, minimum 45% marks in intermediate or equivalent level required

Structure of B&IT Program
The total duration of the program is of 4-years, with 8 regular semesters, completing 135 credit hours, after having completed twelve years of higher secondary school certificate or equivalent.
Compulsory Courses
– 6 credit hours of Functional English Communication skills
– 3 credit hours of Environmental Studies
– 2 credit hours for Islamic studies
– 2 credit hours for Pakistan studies and Aligarh movement
– 2 credit hours for Civics and community engagement
– 3 credit hours for foreign language
– 3 credit hours for quantitative and research skills
– 3 credit hours for natural sciences subject
– 3 credit hours for psychology

Interdisciplinary courses
– Discipline-specific core, elective & specialization courses of 78 credit hours
– Final Year Project / Thesis 06 credit hours

Extracurricular activities mandatory for degree requirement
– Social Internship (4-6 weeks)
– Corporate Internship (minimum 6 weeks)
– At least 10 seminars throughout program
– Clearance of Graduate Excellence Test
