Assalamu Alaikum!!! I am very happy to welcome you to explore the webpage of the Telecommunication Engineering Department. The Telecommunication Engineering Department of Sir Syed University was established in the year 2007 and it was made operational with the intake of the 2008 Batch in January 2008. Currently, it has almost 300 undergraduate students in its BS program, whereas more than 600 students have graduated since its establishment. There are 30 faculty members in the department who are well qualified and possess degrees from reputed national and international Universities. The laboratories of Telecommunication Engineering are equipped with the latest equipment to train students in practical aspects of the field. In a short span of 12 years since its establishment, the department has grown into the largest Telecommunication Department in the town.
